Located on the banks of the river Avon within the Swan’s Nest Hotel, our fifth bistrot is just five minutes walk from the town centre and main attractions like the Royal Shakespeare Company.

The restaurant is full of French sparkle; being relaxed and elegant in its look and enjoying picturesque river views from its outside terrace, it’s become a favourite of locals, tourists and actors alike. Customers can also make their dining experience extra special by dining in private in our intimate Clopton Room.

General Manager Neil
Joined the business in 2009 after working in chef and hospitality management recruitment for two years. Prior to that he’d managed an independent boutique country hotel with a brasserie and bar for four years.

Head Chef Dishon
Dishon is another talented kitchen team member who’s progressed quickly through the ranks. He joined the business in 2006 as a Commis Chef at our Leamington restaurant, was then promoted to Chef de Partie, followed by Sous Chef before moving to Stratford in 2008 as Senior Sous Chef. Just two years later in October 2010 Dishon was made Head Chef.
