Stockton Heath

Our seventh bistrot is in the leafy South Warrington village of Stockton Heath.

Surrounded by boutiques and other restaurants the area has a vibrant, bustling feel, and our bistrot has quickly become a local favourite amongst residents and businesses alike.

The interior is warm and comfortable, with an authentic French country house look offset by the striking orange leather banquettes and one off furniture pieces.

General Manager James
James joined the business in the summer of 2011, having spent a year working at Michael Caines Manchester restaurant. Prior to that he’d spent several years working for a small company of gastro pubs, managed a small 20 bedroom boutique hotel in the Derbyshire dales, as well as luxury four-star hotels including Stapleford Park and Rudding park, and restaurants with three rosettes.

Head Chef Nicu
Nicu joined us in 2007 and has worked in a number of our kitchens in that time. First at our Leicester bistrot as Chef de Partie, after just three months he was promoted to Junior Sous Chef. Six months later he was made Sous Chef and he then moved to Sheffield and to Harrogate, then in September 2010 he was promoted to Head Chef at Stockton Heath.
