Leicester, our third bistrot is situated in the heart of the city on Millstone Lane.

A charming building originally built by a late Victorian wine merchant who had vines carved to the front facade.

Today the building has eye-catching lilac art nouveau wooden mouldings to the outside, the interior is bright and contemporary yet still warm, and the walls are adorned with hand painted murals that give diners something extra to talk about.

General Manager Lyndsey
Joined the Leicester 2005 as a Waitress and was quickly promoted through the ranks first to Shift Leader, followed by Assistant Manager. Lyndsey took a year long sabbatical and went to work in Australia and on returning continued her role of Assistant Manager, before moving to our Harrogate restaurant as General Manager when it opened in early 2010. She returned to Leicester in 2011.

Head Chef Nick
Joined the business in 2009 as Junior Sous Chef at our Leamington Spa restaurant before being promoted to Head Chef at Leicester in the spring of 2010. Prior to Le Bistrot Pierre Nick had worked in various fine dining, gastropub and Michelin starred restaurants in London and Leicestershire.
