General Manager Beau
Joined the business in 2007 as a Waiter having previously been Assistant Manager at both ASK and Zizzi’s. Beau then moved quickly through the ranks to Shift Leader and then Assistant Manager, before taking up the post of General Manager late 2010.

Head Chef Sai
Joined our Stratford upon Avon restaurant in 2009 as Sous Chef, before long he’d been promoted to the position of Head Chef at Leamington Spa. Prior to Le Bistrot Pierre Sai worked for the restaurant group Carluccio’s.
