General Manager Mark
Before moving to Ilkley with his young family and taking up the role of General Manger for the whole of the Crescent site, Mark had been with the business for several years in a number of roles, including GM at our Nottingham and Leicester bistrots, and as training manager for the whole group. Before joining the business Mark was general manager for the award winning Red Lion gastro pub at Stathern, and Assistant Manager at Hart’s restaurant, Nottingham.

Head Chef Jason
Jason is an experienced and creative head chef who joined the business at the end of 2010. Prior to this he’d spent a year working in Singapore where he was involved in launching a number of new restaurant concepts. During his career in food Jason has also been a cookery trainer and lecturer, as well as working at a number of high profile restaurants in and around Yorkshire.
