What our mystery diner had to say:
“We were greeted as soon as we went in and shown to a table as soon as the greeter was free. We had visited the toilets before going in and they were in perfect order, the decor and facilities which included hand lotion were of high quality. The menus were explained to us and we were told about side orders. Our drinks and food all arrived in perfect time and were served to the expected standard. The restaurant filled up as we were there and the other customers all seemed to be enjoying the dining experience.”
The diner went on to say, “Everyone was treated in the same attentive and polite manner. We enjoyed all the courses and the flavours were perfect. Care had been taken in the presentation of each dish and each course looked interesting. The restaurant was kept very clean with tables cleared as soon as the customers left. The bill arrived promptly and we were given a warm thank you. The restaurant seemed to run like clockwork and no one seemed to have any delays with their food. The atmosphere was relaxing and there seemed to be lots of offers to tempt us back.”
