What our mystery diner had to say:
“We arrived at the Restaurant on a cold, dark evening, but after a minute of entering, we felt warm, welcomed and relaxed. There were plenty of staff on duty, including a duty manager. All were seen working efficiently and effectively as a team and conversing politely with diners. We were seated very quickly and approached by our main server for the evening promptly. Our main server was delightful throughout, showing great knowledge and enthusiasm for the dishes and even checking we had enjoyed our food whilst clearing the plates.”
The diner went on to say, “The speed of service was perfect throughout our dine. We did not have to wait long for drinks or food and our plates were cleared promptly. The food, itself, was an absolute delight. All dishes were excellently presented and of generous portion sizes. The quality of the food could not be faulted. The only slight disappointment was that the Steak was served on a cold plate, leading to the meat going cold too early. However, the meat was tender and perfectly cooked, the vegetables were firm and crisp throughout. All dishes were tasty and well seasoned. At the end of our meal, our bill was presented promptly and we were thanked and wished farewell as we left. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience and we look forward to returning.”
