Pierre Victoire and PeeVee restaurants re-name to Le Bistrot Pierre

East Midlands-based Pierre Victoire and PeeVee restaurants have changed their names to Le Bistrot Pierre as part of long term plans to expand further across the region.

The owners, John Whitehead and Robert Beacham, opened their first Pierre Victoire restaurant in Nottingham over ten years ago and they now operate a total of three restaurants. The duo are currently taking steps to put the right infrastructure in place to enable further expansion and the company's recent Investors In People achievement was also part of this vision.

Robert and John commented: "When we launched our first restaurant in Nottingham, Pierre Victoire was part of a national franchise. However, shortly after opening our second restaurant in Derby the franchise company collapsed, leaving both restaurants independent operations and we have since opened our third restaurant in Leicester. Our offering and branding has improved significantly since the early franchise days, so we felt it was time to create our own unique identity, especially when putting plans together to move into areas where old Pierre Victoire franchises may have existed some years ago."
