Pierre Victoire and PeeVee restaurants awarded Investors In People (IIP) accreditation

East Midlands-based Pierre Victoire and PeeVee restaurants are celebrating being one of the first independently owned multi-site restaurant businesses in the region to be awarded the nationally recognised quality standard, Investors In People (IIP). The company, which has restaurants in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, has been working with Nottingham-based law firm, Berryman Shacklock, for over 12 months to implement an effective HR strategy across the business and bring quality standards up to the IIP level.

Owners, John Whitehead and Robert Beacham, commented: "The decision to appoint an HR consultant to implement an effective HR strategy was part of an overall business strategy to put the right infrastructure in place to enable future growth and development."
